OUTDOOR 2007: Competed in three different outdoor meets in the 2007 season...in the TCU Invite ran the 5000M and set a personal best at 17:47 where he finished in 18th place...he competed in the 3K Steeple Chase at both the Oliver Jackson and Texas Tech opens... Set a person best at the Jackson open with a time of 10:50...he had his best finish of the year at the Tech open where he placed fourth. INDOOR 2007: Competed in two indoor meets in three different events in the 2007 season....he competed in both the Mile and the 5000M at the Texas Tech open setting a personal best in both events...he competed in the 3000M at the Texas Tech Invitational where he set a personal best at 9:44.97 which earned him ninth place. OUTDOOR 2006 Ran a personal best in the 8k with a 27:46.11. High School: A 2005 graduate from Flower Mound High School ... had a personal best 5K time of 16:32. Personal: Born Nov. 24, 1987 in Woodland Hills, to parents Thom and Billie Kight ... Thom attended UNT and is now working for Fidelity ... Billie is a teacher for Hedrick Elementary ... plans to major in engineering physics. |
