PHOTOGRAPHERS
Photo credentials and photo vests are to be properly displayed at all times and are good for Press Box access at all times. Photographers must stay behind the dotted line that surrounds the field and are not permitted in the team bench areas (that includes the area immediately behind the benches).

LEACH AVAILABILITY
During the season, Coach Mike Leach will hold a weekly press gathering each Monday at the JT King Room in the south end of Jones AT&T Stadium. The news conferences will begin at noon. Selected players will be available at each Monday press conference. The weekly press conferences will begin Aug. 27 and run through Nov. 12. Transcripts of the news conference will be available on the athletics web site (www.texastech.com) early each Monday afternoon. During the season, Leach also will meet with the media each day following practice. All additional requests for interviews with Leach should be directed to Chris Cook.

BIG 12 CONFERENCE
In addition to his Monday pressers, Coach Leach is available on the Big 12 Conference's weekly teleconference at 10:50 a.m. on Mondays. Contact Bo Carter of the Big 12 Conference for access to the teleconference (214/742-1212).

INTERVIEW POLICY
All Texas Tech player interviews must be arranged through the Texas Tech Athletic Media Relations Office. Texas Tech players will be available following practices on Sunday and Tuesday and not available again until post-game Saturday. Players will return calls to out-of-town media Tuesdays following practice. We ask for the cooperation of the media in not phoning the players at home or interviewing them at times other than those designated.

PRACTICES
The Texas Tech Football team practices on the grass practice fields on the south end of the Football Training Facility. All practices will be closed once the season begins and interviews with student-athletes will be conducted following the Sunday and Tuesday workouts.

POSTGAME PROCEDURES
The Texas Tech locker room is closed. Coach Leach will meet with the media as soon as possible after the game in the designated interview area. Following the completion of his remarks, requested Texas Tech players will be available in the interview area. Post-game interviews with both head coaches take place simultaneously in Jones AT&T Stadium, but typed quotes from both sessions are included in the post-game media packets distributed in the Press Box.

SATELLITE FEEDS
The Texas Tech Athletic Department offers a satellite feed on a weekly basis. The feed will include player and coach sound bites, game footage and various feature material and packages. This feed will go up every Monday afternoon. Please contact the Media Relations Office for coordinates and time schedules. Texas Tech will also offer a satellite feed with highlights following every home game that is not televised. Depending on deadline situations and the time of the game finishing, sound bites may also be included in the feed.

WEEKLY RELEASE
Texas Tech's weekly release and stat package, which includes notes and depth charts, is available each Monday on the Texas Tech web site (www.texastech.com).
