Texas Tech is wrapping up the approximate $84 million renovations of the football stadium. Jones AT&T Stadium will make the home for Red Raider Football one of the finest in the nation. The facility contains a state-of-the-art press box, luxury suites and club seating. Concourses on both sides of the stadium plus new concession areas and rest rooms have been added. The final look on the stadium follows the Spanish Renaissance architecture seen throughout campus.

The West Side Stadium Building officially opened for the 2003 football season. The $52 million dollar, 175,000 sq. ft. facility provides a large and accommodating press level for local and national media, more than 150 tv's and video screens, 47 comfortable and private suites, 1,070 club seats, and a spacious, inviting club level. With the added seating, Jones AT&T Stadium's capacity is over 52,000.
Club and Suite Ticket Information

This 15,000 seat, 204,025 sq. ft., multi-purpose facility opened in 1998. It is home to Texas Tech men's and women's basketball and volleyball. The facility houses player locker rooms, player lounges, state-of-the-art weight rooms, training facilities, and coaches offices. The building is named for United Supermarkets, the 68-store retail grocery chain. United Supermarkets contributed the $10 million gift to kick-off construction of the arena.

The Red Raider football team moved into their new football complex in the Fall of 2003. Located next to Jones AT&T Stadium, the new facility houses a 10,000 sq. ft. weight room, luxurious player's lounge with big screen tv, a spacious locker room with 130 lockers, showers, and two large whirlpools. The facility also showcases a state-of-the-art training facility and rehab center with the newest rehab equipment, team meeting rooms that seat 130 and team breakout rooms for every position, and coaches offices and meeting rooms that overlook the practice field.

The 10,000 sq. ft. E.J. Holub Strength & Conditioning Center is the most functional and state-of-the-art facility of its kind. Holub was a consensus All-American at Texas Tech in the early 1960s and enjoyed a career in the NFL. This center is specifically dedicated for use by the football team. With 12 combo rack/platforms and 19 cardio pieces, each equipped with 10" video monitors, the Center enables Tech football to be one of the most conditioned teams in the nation.

The Spike Dykes Football Meeting Rooms are named after Tech's all-time winningest football coach. The team meeting rooms seat 130 and there are team breakout rooms for every position. Each room is equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment that allows coaches and players to analyze practice and game video.

This 8,500 sq. ft. multi-purpose facility houses areas for taping, treatment, rehabilitation, offices, storage, and the Neurosurgical Associates of Lubbock Hydrotherapy Center. The taping area has 9 taping tables that can hold a variety of sized athletes. The treatment section has 12 treatment tables for taking care of athletic injuries. A large rehabilitation area houses a variety of exercise/rehabilitation equipment including a Cybex isokenetic machine that is used for exercise and testing various joints of the body.

This facility houses three Hydroworx pools.

The Hydroworx 2000 pool includes an adjustable floor with various water depth, a variable speed treadmill, large treatment area, and hand held remote control.

The new academic facility officially opened in January 2004 and is located across the street from Jones AT&T Stadium and the athletics department. The facility is available to all student-athletes from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and contains tutor rooms; 38 computer terminals equipped with Dell computers, software and flat screen monitors; and quiet, comfortable study rooms. A group of seven full-time academic members staff the facility, which was made possible by a $100,000 donation by Lady Raider Basketball Head Coach Marsha Sharp.

Dan Law Field is home to Red Raider Baseball. Upgraded in 2001, Dan Law Field now sports a brand new clubhouse, luxurious locker rooms and lounge, and a new, state-of-the-art video score board. The field also showcases an ultra-modern light system, 30,000 square feet of Astroturf, new concession area, ticket booth, and restroom facilities. Fourteen luxury skyboxes were completed in 1996.

"The Rock" serves as the home for the Red Raider softball team. Rocky Johnson Field was constructed at a cost of $2.5 million and the field would have not been possible without the kind support of James L. "Rocky" Johnson. The $4.6 million softball and tennis complex has seating for 589, but room for 1,000 temporary seats. It not only serves the softball team, it also features locker rooms for both the men's and women's tennis teams, two rooms for visiting teams, a press box, a full-service concession stand, and an outdoor batting cage.

The Athletic Training Center used to be known around Texas Tech as a familiar practice location for Red Raider football during inclement weather. The "Bubble" was refurbished in 2000 to house the indoor track and field teams and is now one of the best indoor facilities in the Big 12 Conference. Additionally, 60 yards of turf can be rolled out for football practice and the building can be configured for indoor tennis practice. The unique structure has an inflatable-membrane roof and, along with the Rec Center pool on campus, makes up only two of its kind in the world.

Alumnus Jerry S. Rawls has made it possible for Texas Tech Golf to have its own territory by donating $8.6 million toward the total cost of approximately $14-15 million. Completed in September 2003, the course features an 18-hole championship-level course with a 60-acre driving range as well as pitching and chipping areas. The 7,100-yard golf course has very undulating fairways, beautiful bent grass greens and many deep bunkers. The indoor facility contains three hitting bays, one separate for the men and another for the women with the newest video technology.

The McLeod Tennis facility features 12 lighted courts, bleachers, and an electronic score board for each court. Planned events for the facility include college tournaments, community events, and annual professional exhibitions. The $4.6 million softball and tennis complex has seating for 589, but room for 1,000 temporary seats. It not only serves the men's and women's tennis teams, it also features locker rooms for the softball team, two rooms for visiting teams, a press box, a full-service concession stand, and an outdoor batting cage.

R.P. Fuller Stadium sits adjacent to Dan Law Field and is home to the nationally-ranked Red Raider Track and Field program and Red Raider Soccer. This revised facility contains an outdoor track and field and holds 3,500 track and soccer fans. The facility features a state-of-the-art scoreboard for both sports.
